So the Mets sit at 3-6, and travel to St. Louis to face the defending NL Central Champions, and two of the best pitchers in the league, Carpenter and Wainwright Friday and Sunday.
But it always feels better winning on getaway day. Let's hope they can build on this game.

A much needed win. Now they have to find a way to win the series vs. St. Louis. It is amazing what a solid starting performance does for a team.
