Mets win tonight 5-2, behind an outstanding pitching performance by Johan Santana. K-Rod got the 5-out save.
The big play in the 4-run inning for the Mets was an error by Cubs 2nd baseman M Fontenot, and Ike Davis took advantage, scoring from 2nd base.
Jeff Francoeur was 1-4, and saw a total of 10 pitches during those 4 at bats. Great approach.
