The Mets are trying to win their first series of the year tonight. This is the line-up that will face LHP Tom Gorzelanny:
Jose Reyes – SS
Luis Castillo – 2B
David Wright – 3B
Jason Bay – LF
Jeff Francoeur – RF
Ike Davis – 1B
Rod Barajas – C
Angel Pagan – CF
Johan Santana – LHP
For what's its worth, Jerry Manuel keeps talking about giving the line-up "more length", and he wants to move Jose Reyes or Angel Pagan to the #3 slot. I have no idea what "more length" means, but if you think Angel Pagan could be your number 3 hitter, then why is he hitting 8th?!?

I think the only length is the unemployment line that JERRY SHOULD be standing on.
