Beltran is going to be visiting Dr. Steadman in Vail, CO this week and should receive clearance to begin running and baseball activities.
Omar Minaya has said that once he begins this, he could return in 4-6 weeks. So June 1st may be a realistic return date, vs the Mid-May I was expecting.
Whenever he does return, let's hope he is pain-free and is the Carlos Beltran that we know and love.
