Afternoon Thoughts

1. If the Mariners turned down an offer of J Montero, I sincerely hope the Mets don't try to top it because he is a top 5 prospect in baseball.
2. J Reyes was examined today by the MD, and is in tonight's line-up, but still batting right-handed versus the RHP Hanson
3. N Evans was promoted (he still is killing left-handed pitchers), and R Igarashi was sent down

That's a busy afternoon and a big game looms tonight....
