I think the Mets have to win tonight. It sends a message and it keeps the train rolling along after a bad week last week. <br /><br />Oswalt vs. Lee--I take Owalt. Lee won't cost anything as far as prospects go (as noted by the kid chicken) BUT he is left handed and will ask for and likely get a huge deal. Both are big money guys, but Oswalt, for me, might be cheaper.<br /><br />I know, Lee is hurt and all that, but people will remember the world series and his career and he will get paid.<br /><br />I also know everybody wants a bat, but where would you put him? Beltran is their missing bat. They are counting on him coming back. I have read some stuff by "those close to the Mets" and the organization is banking on the return of Mr. Beltran.<br /><br />But whatever--Mets and Pelf slam the door shut, and if there is any justice, we can get another opening day "Jimmy Rollins" chant after an error (even though he isn't playing)....Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
